2025 pricing:
OPTION 1: Everything fully organised by Stephen McPhilemy
The “all-in, hassle free’ option – Stephen McPhilemy takes care of everything
Stephen and his team take care of all sourcing, reserving, re-confirming and paying for all accommodation and activities on the tour. This option involves a small fee for all the many hours of work, calls and emails that are required of us to organise every aspect of your daily Irish experiences and good quality overnight hotels and guesthouses for you and your fellow tour-guests.
To help you estimate the daily cost, here are the costings for the remaining dates in 2025:
Tour-Bus hire: €950 per day. Hotels: (prices are per room & based on 2 people sharing a room, hotel room costs will be the same if only one person is in the room), 3 star hotel – €195 per room per night, 4 star hotel: €299 per room per night: 5 star hotel: €400 per room per night Activities/experiences: We recommend budgeting for €50 per person per day. Meals: we wont be offering to organise group meals in 2025, we can happily advise on good restaurants and meal choices of course.
OPTION 2: You book your accommodation. Stephen organises the Guiding and transport
The ‘we do the tour, you organise the hotels” option:
The tour-guests organise the daily activities themselves and take care of all researching, sourcing, reserving, re-confirming and paying for daily activities and the overnight hotels.
PRICES: This option costs approximately €950 – €1250 per day for the tour-bus & driver Guide per day, plus €200 per day contribution towards the driver-guide’s accommodation plus €30 per day towards their lunches and dinners. (tips to the driver are not included. Tips are never expected by our passionate and proud team-members, but tips are always appreciated if you feel a great Irish experience was provided)
