Our wee tour-bus fleet at McPhilemy Ventures, Ireland

In 2023 we decided to begin buying our own tour buses to help us offer even more cost-effective Ireland tours to our valued guests.

In June 2025 we increased our wee fleet to 3 tour-vehicles.

Our tours of Ireland are in such high demand that occasionally we still have to rent in buses from our valued partners, but even this small fleet of 3 buses (which will likely increase by an additional 2 buses now every year) means we can be more flexible, reliable and cost-efficient when putting together private tours of Ireland for small groups of friends and/or family.

At time of writing we have

an 8 seat Ford Tourneo Custom

a 20 seat Ferqui Mercedes

a 30 seat Ferqui Iveco

McPhilemy Ventures is proud to be fully licensed by the Department of Transport as an approved ‘Passenger Operator’ and our Chief Tour-Guide and Founder, Stephen McPhilemy, passed his exams and gained a ‘Transport Managers License’ and is now a member of the wonderfully named ‘Chartered Institute of Logisitics & Transport” 🙂
